About Us
Pera Business Park was created in 2016, with a vision to transform the site into a thriving hub for serviced office spaces. Since then, we’ve expanded to manage three key buildings: The Lodge, Market View, and The Tower, and currently operate at 95% occupancy. In 2021, Pera Property Management was established after the acquisition of a second property in London, further growing our portfolio. Most recently, we have taken on a third property in Oakham, featuring four large offices, each around 2,500 sq ft, ready for occupancy. Our mission is to continue providing flexible, high-quality workspaces that foster business growth.
